Refund Policy

01 Digital Product — Non-Refundable

As this is a downloadable, instantly-accessible digital product, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the course has been delivered / access has been granted. Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be "returned," and access to the material cannot be revoked once it has been viewed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

02 Limited Exceptions

The only situations in which we will step in are genuine payment or delivery errors on our end — not a change of mind about the product itself:

• Duplicate payment — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order. We will refund the duplicate charge.
• Non-delivery — payment was successful but you did not receive access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve it after being contacted.

Outside of these two situations, no refunds will be issued — including for change of mind, trading results, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to complete the course.

03 Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of mind after purchase, whether or not the course has been accessed.
• Trading losses, missed profits, or dissatisfaction with results from applying material taught in the course.
• Failure to complete or apply the course material.
• Incompatibility with your own device, software, or personal preferences, where this was not misrepresented at the time of purchase.

04 How to Report a Payment or Delivery Issue

• Email support@powerofstocks.online with your order ID / payment reference and a description of the issue.
• Include screenshots of the payment confirmation or error, where possible.
• We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve genuine duplicate-payment or non-delivery issues promptly.
